These terms cover your use of startupdesignagency.com. Design work itself is governed by the written proposal and agreement we sign with you for each project; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Using this site

You may browse the site and send us inquiries. Do not misuse the contact form, attempt to break the site, or send content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to share.

Prices and proposals

Prices on this site describe our standard packages. A project starts only once we have both signed a written proposal that sets out the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. Scope changes are agreed in writing before any extra work begins.

Ownership of work

Unless your agreement says otherwise, full rights to the final deliverables and their source files transfer to you once the final invoice is paid. We may show completed work in our portfolio only with your permission.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you share about your company as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
